Power packed weekends left me weary but grinning very widely indeed (:It started on Friday. The mad class outing I had. 5 of us, one kbox room, endless laughter and entertainment. Finally, got to go out with the girls after missing out so much of action during my two years in NJ. It was really good to be around them, just having fun, joking around and enjoying each other's presence.
Then it was off to Secret Recipe with michelle for some indulgence (:
Dear Michie, how I truly wish that we can meet up more often. Sigh, but we have to be caught in the mundane working world that eats up our time and drains us. Boohoo. Now suddenly A levels and canoeing trainings(with mr yong) looks so much bearable than it had looked to us before. Gosh, it was definitely better having you around! Someone like you. So loving and kind, so helpful and I know that no matter what I do, you always sees the best in me and will never ever judge me.
After parting with Michelle, I did something that I haven't done in such a long time.
I took the wrong bus from Chinatown and end up futher from home. How very smart. In the end I reached home so late and the next day I woke up late for my Jap lesson. -_-" What a repercussion.
I went to have dinner/supper with Peishan at Newton Circus on saturday night after church. How cool is that! haha. We had stingray and I was quite proud of myself eating the spicy food.
To dear Peishan, you know that feat you saw that night is really very amazing for me. To not tear while consuming that stingray which is soaked in chilli, I think I'm beginning to get better. We went home after that because we couldn't think of what to do. Anyway I pointed to ps that whenever I go out with her, my clothes will stink. Not that she stinks or what but we are always going places that have smoke that will stink our clothes. Oh well, just a random thought (:
Did I say I fell in love with stingray after that night? hahas.
P6 cell on sunday was very fun and enjoyable! Those kids, they really made my day. The boys were so happy busy telling me what they had learned during service yesterday. I think they had a very good time last night. During Word, they had another very good time laughing at me after playing a trick on me. What is this thing about the food chain arrow in primary school science? Does pointing the arrow towards a subject means it's been eaten by the former subject? Or not? Anyway apparently they succeeded in confusing me but I hope everyone had fun (: Later, it was off to Mac for lunch. I really think that there is nothing else to eat except Mac when eating with the kids. They are responsible for turning me into a fast food junkie. =x
Had adult fellowship later the evening. More stingray!! Yay!(: Oh Sean, your stingray+chicken wings really rocks. I had better say that in case I am accused of being very mean to you which I am still figuring if I really am.
It was a really cool+great time of fellowship. I talked to people that I really hardly talk to and I realise that it wasn't so hard to talk to people afterall. Icebreaker was really hilarious. The soccer guys should have been there earlier! You will really have stitches from laughing at everyone. I think the best partnership goes to Jeremy and Jonathan. Both of them are really classic, they made a simple game super enjoyable.
Thank God for that evening. Blessed me a lot a lot. (: The event ended quite late and when I reached home, I knocked out. 10 hours of sleep in two days drained me. So the next day.. I woke up late for my much awaited appointment again -_-" Gosh, I am starting to see the pattern..
MONDAY! (: blading at east coast with jasmin, ps, chit and lp.
I would let the pictures do the talking. On a side note, only me and ps knew how to blade a bit, so teaching the remaining three was really hilarious and erm, FUN. HAHA.
More about that later. Ciaoz for now people! (:
